Variations Festival
Ganavya is a singer and composer who was trained from childhood in harikatha—the art of storytelling combining song, music, and narration in the Hindu tradition. Her career has led her to create a unique body of work at the crossroads of Carnatic music, jazz, ambient experimentation, and mystical poetry. Her latest album, Nilam, released in 2025, continues this inner quest, drawing on Tamil devotional poetry to question our connection to the earth, the sacred, and silence.
