Célimène Daudet is a classical pianist of French-Haitian origin, renowned for the finesse and expressive power of her playing. She performs regularly at prestigious venues (Carnegie Hall in New York, Philharmonie de Paris, etc.) and also explores a little-known Haitian repertoire. Here she presents a program of piano works by Ryūichi Sakamoto, a virtuoso artist who died in 2023, who drew his splendid melodies from a variety of registers, exploring the musical expressions of the time like no other.
