With her Trilogie terrestre, Frédérique Aït-Touati brings to the stage the philosopher Bruno Latour’s thought in motion, but also that of our time, which is marked by the urgency of climate change. Three lecture-performances present a theatre in which the Earth finally takes centre stage and becomes the focus of a metaphysical experiment. In a pure and vibrant setting, words become matter, science becomes embodied, and the audience becomes the active witness to a deep and moving reflection. A triptych of sensitive intelligence, both sensory and political.
