This evening is an opportunity to present artists from the diaspora or still active in India, between historical practices and the search for new sonic approaches. Anuradha Pal, India’s most famous tabla player, is accompanied by the women’s percussion ensemble Stree Shakti, an exception in an heavily patriarchal environment.

Tadleeh is Hazina Francia’s artist name. A producer of electronic music, her work shifts between hypnotic techno and ambient.
