With their factory having just been taken over, eleven female workers gather to decide on behalf of two hundred others: all their jobs can be saved, provided they agree to reduce their daily break time. A tense deliberation in which voices intertwine, echo, and clash. The collective is forged through friction, differences, and silences. Every word engages, shifts, undermines, or unites. Maëlle Poésy has created a deeply human play—a two-sided closed-door drama, where thinking becomes a shared act.
