Why not sing about the world as it is: teeming, fragmented, dissonant but vibrant? Joris Lacoste orchestrates a new kind of ceremony: hybrid, musical, queer, shot through with absurd litanies, pop songs, and materialistic prayers. On stage, a colourful community embodies the thousand faces of a fragmented “us”. Between TikTok posts and flamboyant speeches, intimate confessions and repetitive poetry, they celebrate a joyously undogmatic cult, a love song to diversity.
