Dalida leaves behind a lasting image of a woman who was both strong and fragile, glamorous and androgynous. Based on the song Gigi l’Amoroso, the dancer Joachim Maudet pays tribute to her in a one-man show that’s a laugh-out-loud riot. As an amusing transformist, the artist launches into a unusual striptease. The stage is set for improvisation. As the show progresses, the body and the words get carried away. The message is clear: to live freely, to know how to emancipate oneself so as to be better (re)invented.
