Elise Lerat

Élise Lerat, a choreographer from Nantes, explores movement, which she connects to her observation of human relationships. She presents Rêve et ivresse, a dance experiment in which order and chaos collide. Driven by contradictory forces and flows, bodies oscillate between balance and imbalance. They abandon themselves to the ecstasy of intoxication, then relax, curling up in dreamlike suspensions, unfurling a myriad of variations which stimulate the senses and the imagination.
