Christina Vantzou + Laila Sakini

A guest artist at Le Lieu Unique this season, Valentina Magaletti is one of today’s most exciting composers and percussionists. For this evening, she has invited two musicians for a series of atmospheric experimental concerts. Christina Vantzou, performing in a trio, has made a name for herself with records ranging from dark ambient to field recordings and drone. Laila Sakini, who will perform solo, uses organic sounds (voice, piano, guitar) to create new sonic spaces, playing on silence and tension.
