Is it possible to dance the imperceptible? In this solo, Aurélien Dougé explores the tension between the visible and the invisible. Shrouded in darkness, the audience observes a delicate silhouette whose slow, sweeping movements set the scene for a minimalist dance. The dancer’s body adjusts to the slight variations in its environment, firstly those of the light, the central element that makes the performer disappear or appear, and secondly the music played live by an invisible organist.
