Abdullah Miniawy Trio

Abdullah Miniawy is an accomplished artist who navigates between different practices and aesthetics, carrying with him all the power and history of Egyptian culture. Having come to the attention of French audiences through Cri du Caire, a project with Erik Truffaz which received a Jazz Victoire award in 2023, he is now joining forces with the trombonists Robinson Khoury (Django Reinhardt Prize 2024) and Jules Boittin for a unique encounter between jazz, Sufi accents, and Baroque influences.
