Salomé
Circuit des Yeux
Salomé from Charles Bryant
Salomé, a cult silent film directed by Charles Bryant in 1923 (and adaptation of Oscar Wilde’s play), is considered to be one of the founding elements of feminism (?). For this concert, American artist Haley Fohr (aka Circuit des Yeux) composed a unique acid folk soundtrack for the film – one filled with mystery, delightful experiments and psychedelic tangents.
