These four pieces make up the second chapter of a work recreating dance pieces by Lucinda Childs, the iconic and pioneering American dancer and choreographer associated with minimalist art. Childs, who learned her craft alongside Merce Cunningham and collaborated with musicians like John Cage, Philip Glass and Steve Reich, orally passed down the essence of her early works to her niece.
