Olivia Grandville, le lieu unique’s associated choreographer, and dancer Aurélien Desclozeaux, her long-time accomplice, were inspired by the visual movements of Japanese percussion group, Zuihô Daiko. Using a trip to Japan as their starting point, where they immersed themselves in the gestures and extreme energy of the percussionists, Olivia Grandville and Aurélien Desclozeaux have created a choreographed concert mixing their aesthetic with that of Zuihô Daiko.
