The group, Mendelson, led by Pascal Bouaziz, is taking their final bow after 25 years of pushing the limits of singing and songwriting. Le dernier album, released in 2021, has lucid and bittersweet notes, where the band seems to be taking stock of its career: from La dernière chanson, a final look at the group’s beginnings, to “L’Algérie”, a lingering song belnding the intimate with the political.

The opening act is Californian guitarist Marisa Anderson, whose style could be described as equal parts drone, folk and classical music.
