Christophe Honoré has invited actors to play his relatives (his mother, grandmother, uncles and aunts) as well as himself on the set of a movie theatre. In six chapters, these characters sing and act out the different moments of a family saga spanning three generations near Nantes. From the 1943 Allied bombings to the 1980s, with the Algerian War and historical proletarian struggles as the backdrop, Christophe Honoré continues to explore the myths of cinema on stage by playing with the permeability of film and theatre.
