It is 2025 in the US and Mila Shegg is an IT engineer working for a major search engine. She tries to fill the hole in her memory left by three years of amnesia, during which she feels like she lived in a city whose name has also been erased… In a civilisation where text is omnipresent, is the power of speech and writing strong enough to fight the deletion of time? Joséphine Serre explores themes of memory and time in a futuristic epic combining four stories and historical elements. This journey between Iraq and the US links the Assyrian empire with an imagined future.
