The Orchestre National des Pays de la Loire and le lieu unique have organized préLUdes: conference-concerts where the goal is to (re)discover the classical and contemporary repertoire. For this concert, the orchestra will perform Fratres and Tabula Rasa: two landmark works by world-renowned Estonian composer Arvo Pärt.

Playing the role of energetic and uninhibited MC, Clément Lebrun – musicologist and former host of radio show Le Cri du Patchwork on France Musique – will reveal secrets behind these compositions, offering anecdotes and other musical subtleties, and shedding new light on these essential pieces.
